All contributions can be on any subject relevant to Australia’s Railways. They will be checked by the editorial team and any changes cleared with the author before publication.

We encourage photos, diagrams and maps (which will be redrawn if required) to be submitted with the articles. The Photographs can be submitted as a slide or photo. Please write the full details (on the slide or rear of photo – including your name) of each photo submitted. All slides and photos will be returned to their owners at the publisher’s expense.

Digital photos must be of sufficient size to be published. They must be at least 2100 by 1500 pixels. Sending the actual photo via snail mail so that we can scan it is preferred.

Subscriptions
Subscription to Australian Railway History is included in the membership of the ARHS NSW Division, which costs $66 a year for Australian residents.
Subscription rates for non-members are available on request. All are renewable on 1 May.
